Refund and Return Policy

Due to the handcrafted, natural aspect of our products, we are unable to accept order returns or issue refunds or credits.

We will review potential returns on a case by case basis and only in the instance where a product is damaged or the correct product was not received.

Please contact us within three days if you believe your product is defective or was sent in error.

Note that our products are handcrafted items and as such, are unique. Variations in color, texture or swirl are to be expected. We will not accept returns of a product due to a color, texture or swirl variation from one batch to the other.
